Shop Manager

You will be working 35 hours a week, 5 days between Monday and Saturday. 

(8% pension group scheme is available)

We are looking to recruit Shop Managers for our expanding chain of charity shops. There are 3 posts available at the following shops: Pedder Street, Morecambe and Euston Road, Morecambe and Highgate, Kendal (our clothing shop).

The role will be to maximise sales for the charity shop. Be accountable for the effective management of volunteers, stock and administration. To motivate and train volunteers to a high standard, creating a team spirit in your store. You will deliver excellent customer service and present a professional image to volunteers and customers at all times reflecting the image and reputation of St John’s Hospice.
