Health or Social Care Professional with at least two years Palliative Care experience

Part-time post (15 to 22.5 hours per week)

Salary £15.07 – 15.54 per hour

NHS pension may be continued or 8% group scheme is available

An opportunity has arisen at St Johns Hospice for someone to lead the ‘Six Steps to Success’ end of life care training programme. This role is to be undertaken on a fixed term, which is negotiable at 6 or 9 months duration depending on the number of days worked per week.

The role will involve delivering this established programme to an existing cohort of Care Homes and Domiciliary Care providers.

In undertaking this role you would be joining the Hospice Education Team and be supported by the Education Lead.
