Salary Range: £20,419 – £25,109 p.a. (pro rata) 
30 Hours per week – 4pm-10pm Monday to Friday

Saint Francis Hospice is a dynamic, forward thinking organisation, with a multi-professional workforce delivering specialist palliative care through an eighteen bedded in-patient unit, a specialist community & crisis support service, hospice at home services and a specialist palliative care day therapy unit. Alongside these clinical services our Pepperrell Education Centre has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality education

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Evening Referrals Coordinator to work as an integral part of our 24/7 Specialist Community & Crisis Support Service. We are looking to trial and develop this role over a 9 month period however this may be extended to 12 months. This valuable role will supplement the current established daytime Referrals Coordinator post. The role involves facilitating and liaising with health professionals and general public enquiries, processing all referrals into the hospice services, and supporting the team with data inputting as well as other clerical duties.

If you are keen to work as part of a high quality specialist palliative care service, have excellent communication skills and are confident and able to work both unsupervised and flexibly we would be delighted to hear from you.
