Rowcroft Hospice is dedicated to providing high quality care to people living with life threatening illnesses in Torbay and South Devon, as well as supporting their families and carers. This vital service costs over £5.1 million each year, of which £4.3 million has to be raised in charitable funds.
This new role, based in Rowcroft’s fundraising team, will work with the head of supporter development to generate income from potential and existing supporters. A key task will be to increase the percentage of income generated by committed giving to ensure the hospice is able to enjoy a more stable financial future.
Key to the success of the role will be understanding supporter motivations, identifying opportunities and developing a tailored approach to individual giving.

Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Band 5: £19,258 – £27,626
