T.J Morris Ltd Pledges £2.5 Million to Support Zoe’s Place

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice is pleased to announce a generous pledge of £2.5 million from Liverpool-based retailer T.J Morris Ltd (Home Bargains).

This significant contribution covers half of the £5 million funding gap needed to secure the future of our hospice and ensure continued support for the children and families we serve.

Joan Stainsby, Executive Trustee of Zoe’s Place, expressed her gratitude, stating, “This generous commitment reflects the overwhelming support we are receiving from the Liverpool community and beyond. We are immensely grateful to Home Bargains for standing with us in our time of need.”

This followed an announcement on 7^th October that Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice in Liverpool will close at the end of the year unless an alternative solution is found within 30 days.

“Since the announcement, the response from communities across the North West has been absolutely astonishing – and we are so incredibly grateful for your support.

A campaign spearheaded by our local MP, Ian Byrne, is seeking to raise an addition £5m to help build our new hospice.”
