The Myton Hospices Income Generation team is looking for a Telephone Fundraiser to support a variety of initiatives, campaigns and events.
The role will involve recruiting new supporters over the telephone, making appointments for fundraisers, and maintaining contact with existing supporters to maximize pledged income.
Post holders will also deal with supporter enquiries and be involved in producing monthly reports as well as a variety of mailing activities.
The successful applicant will have experience in tele – marketing, donor and /or customer care and ideally have some understanding of credit control. Attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise own workload is essential as is a clear, confident and understanding telephone manner.
