Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a charity providing care and support for patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illness and their families. Every year through our 24/7 Hospice at Home service, our Family Support services and the range of Day Services at Grove House we give thousands of patients in Herts and Bucks the choice to stay at home, surrounded by their families and friends.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated temporary, full time shop manager for our Bennetts End Shop to cover a temporary absence of three months.
We need someone who brings with them a creative mind and a passion in their heart for a life in retail, if you come from commercial retail or charity retail, with proven success we would love to hear from you.
As our shop manager, you’ll be able to create amazing retail experiences and run a tight commercial operation. But while knowing how to manage stock and seize a promotional opportunity is important, it’s bold, brilliant and clear leadership that’s at the heart of this role. That means driving and developing your team to achieve great sales through the highest standards of customer care.
In this role, you’ll learn the difference between a bargain and a treasure. You will be part of a great team, with wonderful volunteers, many of which have a wealth of experience having worked with us for a number of years.
Benefits include 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays per annum and pension.
Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence essential.
