Hospice Action Network Virtual Hill Day 2021

Categories: Community Engagement and Policy.

Registration for the Hospice Action Network Virtual Hill Day is NOW OPEN!

This year, Virtual Hill Day will be held July 21 – July 22. This two-day event includes one day of intensive advocacy training where advocates will learn from hospice and palliative care leaders and experts and meet other advocates from their states, followed by the “Hill Day” where participants and their fellow constituents will conduct virtual meetings with member offices.

Leading up to the big day, the HAN Team will host two preparatory webinars to ensure that registrants have the tools and information necessary to conduct successful meetings.

This is the perfect opportunity for hospice and palliative care professionals, supporters, and volunteers to engage with a diverse group of leaders in the hospice and palliative care community and advocate for important hospice and palliative care policies that will promote greater access to person-centered care.

Register today for this special 2-day event while space is available.  You can be one of many voices on Capitol Hill advocating for person-centered care.

For those unable to register for the two-day 2021 Virtual Hill Day event, there will also be an opportunity to reach out to your representatives via email and phone to support our coordinated messaging. Go the Hospice Action Network’s Legislative Action Center and add your name and contact information, you will hear from HAN when there is an active call to action.

Make a difference and join HAN.
