The online professional development module, “The Interdisciplinary Team: Key Skills,” will run from February 7 to March 7, 2022, and space is still available. This four-week self-paced, instructor led course is open to all those interested in developing managerial skills specific to the field of hospice and community-based palliative care.
Participants in “The Interdisciplinary Team: Key Skills” will learn what makes a team effective, complete an assessment of your IDT meetings to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, and apply critical leaderships skills to team obstacles.
This course is part of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s innovative Hospice Manager Development Program that offers a series of online modules as well as its popular MDP Foundational Course (next offering in-person March 5 – 6 in conjunction with the 2022 Leadership and Advocacy Conference).
