New Chief Strategy Officer at Transitions LifeCare

Peter N. McCann, has joined Transitions LifeCare, in North Carolina, as Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President of Marketing.

McCann brings an extensive background in growing healthcare organizations, including helping two companies become among the fastest growing firms in America. At Transitions LifeCare, McCann will lead strategic planning, communications, marketing, provider relations and corporate branding initiatives. He also is tasked with the development of new partnerships, contracts, and business opportunities with health systems, payers, community organizations and helping the organization create alternative payment models.

McCann is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and earned an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Transitions LifeCare is one of the nation’s premier hospice, palliative care and home health care organizations and was founded as Hospice of Wake County in 1979.
