The Project ECHO learning sessions on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. ET will be somewhat different than previos ECHO sessions offered by NHPCO.
The guest presenters are from Stratis Health and they will share their experience in helping rural communities start up a community-based program. The session will include one of these programs sharing their story/journey. They will discuss unique rural community strengths & opportunities for advancing palliative care, identify key components for supporting rural palliative care program development, and apply strategies learned from an actual rural community-based palliative care journey.
