Current Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation guidelines recommend mental health and palliative care screening at routine clinical visits for individuals with CF. New treatments that correct the underlying cause of CF, highly effective Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) modulator therapies, are now available for most people living with CF. How is the landscape of mental health and palliative care in CF changing as a result? The goal of this webinar is to describe best practices for monitoring and managing the mental health of people with CF throughout the lifespan, as an essential component of palliative care delivery.
