On 5 February, PACED will launch a new webinar series focused on spiritual support for children. The first session will be led by Joan Marston, a global leader in children’s palliative care, co-founder of ICPCN, and an expert in spiritual care and the development of palliative care in humanitarian crisis settings.
We will examine how children experience illness and suffering, and articulate existential questions.
We’ll discuss the differences between spiritual, psychological, and religious support, and consider potential forms of care.
The webinar adopts a cross-cultural perspective, drawing on experience from various regions. It will benefit all palliative care professionals working with children and their families.
Date: 5 February (Thusday)
