In just one week, we will open our 4th International Conference on Children’s Palliative Care in the vibrant city of Manila, Philippines! Taking place from 12–15 November, our 2025 theme, “Milestones and Horizons,” reflects the tremendous strides made in children’s palliative care over the past 20 years, while reminding us to keep our eyes on the horizon — on the work still needed to make quality care accessible to all 21 million children worldwide living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
This conference is a time to celebrate how far we’ve come, to acknowledge the challenges that remain, and to shine a light on how our collective efforts impact the real lives and experiences of children and families across the globe.
As we mark 20 years of ICPCN, we celebrate not only this milestone but also the dedication and compassion of all those working with life-limited children. We look forward to celebrating this special anniversary with you — in true ICPCN style!

Miles for Millions is a global collective movement, launched by the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN), inviting you to move, walk, run, or track your steps wherever you are in the world in support of children and families with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. With our new app, you can create your own personal challenges, invite family and friends to sponsor or donate, and track progress in real time.
During our ICPCN Conference (12–15 November), we’ll be walking together on Friday, 14 November, as part of the global Miles for Millions movement — and you can join us either in person at the conference or wherever you are in the world.
