Live Music Now Wales need your help to win the Lottery People’s Projects in Wales so they can support Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice.
The group will run a music club for children with disabilities and serious or life limiting illnesses alongside their families and carers. The informal sessions will be run throughout South Wales in an After School Club for children with special educational needs, a Children’s Hospice and University Hospital Wales. This project will be led by the children, responding to their needs. The group will support the children, their siblings and families reducing social isolation and improving wellbeing.
