The article highlights the importance of attaining a balance in both professional and personal dimensions, and refers to the ‘wellness wheel’, which recognises the following dimensions:
- physical
- intellectual
- emotional
- spiritual
- social
- occupational.
If someone becomes too obsessed with the occupational dimension of wellness, the other dimensions will suffer.
