The Wordwide Hospice Palliative Care Alliance and ICPCN have just published a series of Briefing Notes on Palliative Care and Covid-19. They are a great free resource for palliative care professionals.
The complication collects the 27 original Briefing Notes prepared for the Global Palliative Care and COVID-19 Series of webinars.
It was developed between April and September 2020 in response to the emergency of the pandemic and its unprecedented effects on patients and palliative care providers around the world.
Each Briefing Note provides a snapshot of globally relevant information and guidance on an issue relating to palliative care in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The series was developed jointly by a working group composed by the Executive Directors and Officers of the International Association for Hospice and Palliative Care (Liliana De Lima and Katherine Pettus); the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (Julia Downing); Palliative Care in Humanitarian Aid Situations and Emergencies (Joan Marston]; and the Worldwide Hospice Palliative Care Alliance (Stephen Connor and Claire Morris).
