Following on from this article published in June, Hospice Egypt shared with us their recruitment film which they are using effectively to tackle the issue. The hospice movement across the globe relies heavily on volunteer goodwill, they are seen as the backbone to many organisations, and their time, given freely, is vital to the smooth running of many facilities and services.
