Every second year since 2000 the European Association for Palliative Care (EAPC) has held a World Research Congress, where cutting edge research from a variety of professions is presented and discussed.
At the last congress in Trondheim in 2012, 1172 participants from 49 countries attended.
This year, more than 600 presenters will attend to showcase their research as oral presentations or posters. The programme overview is now available – over the three days, there will be three plenary sessions, 15 parallel oral communication sessions, and two sessions looking at the 12 highest ranked posters from the 500 on display.
