May 28 marks the third meeting of our series on spiritual support in paediatric palliative care. This time, we are moving from general principles to an in-depth analysis of clinical cases—examining how spiritual care is put into practice when protocols meet real human experience.
Two case studies will be presented by Tamara Kvizhinadze (Georgia) and Aigul Ysykeeva (Kyrgyzstan). Following each presentation, invited experts will provide a professional analysis of the ethical, cultural, and communication challenges. At the end of each session, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions or share their experiences of similar situations.
We invite all paediatric palliative care specialists—doctors, nurses, psychologists, and coordinators—to join this practical webinar. We will discuss how to foster dialogue with families in multicultural settings and how to support a child as they navigate questions of faith, fear, and the search for meaning.
