The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the scope of the Toolkit’s use worldwide, and the impact it has had on community and grassroots palliative care.
The evaluation will inform both a revision of the Toolkit content, and future planning around scaling up community driven palliative care around the world.
Anyone involved in hospice and palliative care work is invited to participate in this survey.
This survey is anonymous and responses will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of informing this inquiry.
Those participating in the survey are free to choose to participate or withdraw at any point. However, participation will contribute to the refinement of the Toolkit, aimed at enhancing access to quality palliative care in resource-limited settings.
The deadline for participation is Friday 24 July 2015.
The survey can be accessed online.
