As a way of enhancing corporate community support, Nyeri Hospice has organized an event that will engage golfers in a tournament that will see top golfers battle for the ultimate title.
The tournament which is scheduled to take place on 16th March 2013 will be held at the Nyeri Golf Club.
Over 80 golfers are expected to take part in the tournament which is an annual event held by the hospice in the month of March.
The event has attracted close to 40 sponsors who will support the hospice through the tournament at different capacities.
Nyeri hospice aims to create awareness about their activities to other corporate organizations through the event besides it being an income generating initiative for the hospice.
“We encourage other corporates to work with us such events, not necessarily by giving cash but they can support in any other way they find best.” Nyeri Hospice CEO Mrs. Saraphina Gichohi said.
