This was the fourth consecutive year that Wilson, who is also a grandmother, walked on behalf of Khanya Hospice.Wilson said local businesses, friends and family and her business partners in Johannesburg supported and sponsored her.
She was the 67th woman to cross the 20km finish line and the 18th in her age group in a new time of 2:46:41 and overall 199th out of 1 949 ladies.
