22.5 hours (3 days) per week
Salary: £13,923 pro rata
We are recruiting the following Assistant Shop Managers for our charity shops:
- Hemel Hempstead: covering 4 shops (2 positions available)
- Harpenden & St Albans: covering 3 shops (1 position available)
Deputising for the Shop Manager, you will be an experienced and motivated retailer who can manage the shops and a team of dedicated volunteers. As well as providing excellent customer service, you will maximise sales and profitability of the shops. Hours will be worked on a variable rota to include alternate Saturdays.
Benefits include 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata) per annum and pension.
Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence essential.
