Bank Clinical Nurse Specialist, 24/7 End of Life Care Advice Line and Referrals

£17.21 per hour plus shift enhancements
Flexible, 12 hour shifts

Thames Hospice is very excited to be offering a brand new service in East Berkshire.

We are going to be providing 24 hour telephone advice and a rapid response service for people facing the end of their lives in their own homes. We are looking for enthusiastic Bank staff who are passionate about providing excellent care to people when they are most in need.

We want Bank Clinical Nurse Specialists, who do have experience with working with patients at the end of life, but you do not need to have experience of palliative or end of life care in a specialist setting. We will provide you with training and support and you will be working in an environment that has experienced multi-disciplinary team that will support this service.

This service is provided over 24 hours a day, seven days a week so you will be required to work shifts that will include night shifts. If you are only interested in night shifts, please still apply.
