We are currently recruiting registered nurses and health care assistants to expand our successful Palliative Care Support Service and to work on the In-patient Unit.
The role will be caring for people with life-limiting conditions in their own homes and on the In-patient Unit. You will be committed to delivering high standards of care to patients and their families.
You will be offered the opportunity to work a variety of shift patterns, days and nights, seven days a week, which can include one-hour visits.
For the Palliative Care support Service you will need to be a car owner/ driver and have community experience.
You may be considered for In-patient Unit Bank without that experience but ideally we are seeking to recruit candidates who can work in both locations.
