Are you looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for Community Children’s Palliative Care Assistants to join our busy community team working throughout East Sussex delivering respite, end of life care and support to children and young people.

You will have NVQ Level 3 qualification in Care with Complex Medical Needs or other relevant qualification.

You will have excellent communication skills with the capability to interact with teams and families at all levels with the ability to work in collaboration with other professionals.

This role requires a flexible approach to working and will be led by the needs of the case load. Working days will be generally fixed but hours flexible to include, early mornings, late finishes, night and bank holidays. Fixed days may need to be flexible as dictated by the needs of the children and young people.

This role requires extensive travel, so a valid driving licence, for use in the UK and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for this role.

Time for travel will be paid, plus an expenses allowance for fuel.
