Corporate Fundraiser

Salary: £23,230 (pro rata)

Hours: 30 – 37.5 hours per week (includes some evening and weekend work)

About us:

Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice offers care for children and young people in South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Derbyshire, who don’t live as long as they should. We also provide holistic support to their families and carers.

The challenge:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic fundraiser who will continue our excellent work in engaging, enthusing and managing a portfolio of corporate clients to meet agreed fundraising targets.

The role:

This is an additional role within the corporate fundraising team to enable us to effectively manage the growing number of relationships and to increase income and on-going engagement from this sector. To work alongside two existing corporate fundraisers to prospect for new clients and support existing clients to maximise on the fundraising potential and to develop long term relationships and gain support from the business world.  

The requirements:

To fulfil the role effectively you will be a people-focussed, target-driven professional, who is highly organised, flexible and enthusiastic. You will have experience of building and maintaining commercial relationships, a proven record of achieving financial targets, experience in fundraising or similar, and excellent presentation skills. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
