Stockton hospice founder Mary Butterwick dies, aged 91

One of Teesside’s most inspirational women, Mary Butterwick OBE, has died. Mrs Butterwick founded Butterwick Hospice Care in 1984. It evolved into Stockton’s Butterwick Hospice – where she died peacefully aged 91.
