You will be an inspirational, engaging and dynamic leader with strong, proven and successful income generating skills, knowledge and experience.
Responsible for developing and driving the income strategy and operational plans to hit and exceed essential targets, you will lead our highly motivated and professional fundraising, retail, front of house and communications teams from ‘the front’. You will also play a key role as a member of the Hospice Executive Team.
You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to expand existing and essentially create new income streams; have creativity, ideas and vision; enjoy a collaborative approach and able to influence and manage change with an understanding of the third sector.
Most importantly you must be committed to ‘putting the patient at the centre of everything we do’ as we proudly celebrate 30 years of caring for local people in 2015.
