Cornwall Hospice Care is a leading Cornish charity that provides special care free of charge for people aged 18 and above, who are living with life limiting illnesses. We provide this care to people at our two hospices – Mount Edgcumbe in St Austell and St Julia’s in Hayle and also support their families and carers. The majority of the Charity’s funding comes from public support though our charity shops, legacies, fundraising and a lottery. We are currently recruiting for the following:-
Base – negotiable (Hayle or St Austell)
37.5 hours per week
Salary range £35,224 – £40,027
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated educator to join our team. If you are passionate about teaching and developing others, then this role is for you. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering an evidence-based education strategy that meets the learning needs of Cornwall Hospice Care and the wider health and social care community.
The ideal post holder will be a Registered General Nurse educated to at least degree level with a post registration teaching qualification. Clinically credible with recent experience of leading, managing and teaching on a wide range of educational programmes.
