One-day workshop for professionals wanting to gain a practical insight into measurement tools to demonstrate the impact and outcomes of providing a bereavement service. The day draws on bereavement services for adults or children, using examples, enabling participants to consider how they could adapt the day’s discussions to draft a plan for evaluating their own particular service
