FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES TEAM MANAGER
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary starting at: £36,662 per annum

Saint Francis Hospice, an independent charity and one of the largest adult hospices in the UK, recently rated outstanding by CQC. We are looking for a full-time Family Support Team Manager for permanent contract.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the multifaceted Family Support Team and working as part of the hospice Multidisciplinary Team, ensuring the delivery of social and psychological care for people who have complex problems and specialist intervention needs.

This is also an exciting opportunity to lead service developments, to respond to all strategic objectives, service delivery goals and opportunities and to lead on project management systems development, including e-referrals and patient administration systems.
