Find Me Help launches as a micro-site

Categories: Care.

Every minute someone in Britain dies, and there are hundreds of services offering support around death and dying, but finding the right one has not always been easy. Find Me Help offers a user-friendly search function to help people find local services as well as those available nationally.

Users search for the services nearest to them by entering a postcode or location in the search field. The advanced search allows results to be refined by 31 service categories (such as ‘bereavement’ or ‘equipment’) and 35 specific needs (such as ‘LGBT’ or ‘Children and young people’).

Find Me Help also includes information and guidance for those approaching the end of life and their carers, relatives and friends. It contains information about what to expect during end of life care and the things you may want to think about, including where you would like to be cared for.

Previously hosted as a section on the Dying Matters website, Find Me Help can now be set up as a brand-compatible microsite, designed to function as a set of pages within your organisation’s existing website. Find out more on the Find Me Help website.
