On Help the Hospices website you can now browse through the abstracts of all 170 posters presented at the conference. A selection of posters are also available to download in full.
The conference, which took place in October, focused on recommendations emerging from the Commission into the Future of Hospice Care, and it was the launch of the Commission’s final report which dominated proceedings.
Presentations and videos from the conference are also available on Help the Hospices website.
The abstracts are listed in the order in which they were presented and are grouped thematically:
- community care, day therapy services and care homes
- community engagement and volunteering
- education, training and research
- leadership, organisation and management
- treatment, care and patient perspectives.
Abstracts of both the oral and poster presentations were also published electronically by BMJ Supportive and Palliative Care and in a printed conference supplement.
Any authors who haven’t supplied a PDF of their poster can still have it published on the website by sending it to a.morgan@helpthehospices.org.uk
