The Enabling Choice grants programme aims to fund new developments in care that will enable more people to be discharged from hospital to their preferred place of care, whether this is their own home or a hospice.

While the programme is funded by the St. James’s Place Foundation, Help the Hospices is managing the grants programme on its behalf. To find out more information about this grant programme, as well as others, please visit Help the Hospices website or contact the grants team.
