Head of Adult Community Services
Salary £45,992 (depending on experience)
EllenorLions Hospices are the provider of all-encompassing hospice care for both adults and children living in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, West Kent and Bexley. Our services include adult In-patient and Day Therapy at the Hospice in Northfleet, and 24 hour Hospice at Home for all ages. Our strategic aims recognise our role in leading the development of services to the wider community at the end of life, and we see an increasing role in education and training and as a coordinator for providing the best possible palliative care to more people and families.
Due to service expansion we are developing an exciting new role to help us implement our Strategy and new service model.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, who has strategic vision and proven leadership experience. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of palliative and community care and be passionate about delivering a high quality service to patients and families. They will also have experience at senior level of managing a range services for patients and families, and evidence of the ability to initiate and manage change effectively.

This post is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance. Support with professional development will be provided. An employer contributory pension scheme is available, and NHS Pension Scheme members can transfer in their pension.
