You will work as an integral member of the Hospice’s multi-professional team to ensure that our work with patients and professionals is fully reflected in the information that we gather and distribute. You will produce reports on clinical activity and clinical risks for various stakeholders and you will contribute to the work we are undertaking to make our approach more focused on outcomes.
