Lottery Sales Coordinator

Categories: Education.

Full time – 37.5 hours per week
£20,000-£24,000 basic plus commission (£23-£27 OTE), dependent upon skills and experience.

This is a great opportunity to work for Rainbows, the only hospice in the East Midlands for life-limited children and young people. We are here to make life brighter with amazing care and support for them and their families – you can be part of it too.

Rainbows is a large, regional charity and we run a successful, independent lottery which has over 8,500 members. We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Lottery Sales Coordinator to join the team and use their sales and management skills to create some tangible results for a worthy cause.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting position for someone who would relish the responsibility for running the lottery as their own business unit. The successful candidate will ensure the success of the lottery by recruiting and managing lottery sales representatives and/or sales agencies, helping to devise marketing and press campaigns and creating their own initiatives to increase membership.

The Lottery Sales Coordinator will be utilising their sales skills to increase membership figures and their information management knowledge to complete day-to-day administration, ensuring compliance with the rules set out by the Gambling Commission. In addition, they will also be the key point of contact for managing the relationship with our lottery support and administration company.

For an informal discussion about the post please contact Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People on 01509 638000. Applications can be submitted via our website www.rainbows.co.uk/vacancies. The Closing Date for applications is midnight 16th March 2014.

Rainbows is an equal opportunities employer. No agencies.
