Making it work for everyone – Coordinating Social & Health Care at the End of Life

Categories: Care.

With the new Care Act 2014 due to be implemented in 2015, how will regulations and guidance support the implementation of the Act, and what do local authorities need to put in place to ensure the Act works in practice to support those at the end of life?

NCPC, in partnership with Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) and Skills for Care, will be discussing how to make coordinated social and health care at the end of life work for everyone. Join us to hear how social care and health care can be coordinated (rather than integrated) to give people at the end of life the best death possible.

Delegate rates: £150 for NCPC Subscribers (50% off!) £300 for Non-Subscribers
