Located in NW Surrey, Woking & Sam Beare Hospices provide inpatient and community based specialist palliative care for a population of approximately 360,000. The Hospices provide specialist palliative care to both cancer and non-cancer patients. This is an exciting time for the Hospices as we plan the move to our new 20 bedded Hospice in Woking which is due to open in Spring 2017.
For this newly created position we are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to lead on all marketing and communication activities for the Hospices. You will lead on raising the profile of the Hospices through marketing channels and the use of digital communications to raise awareness of the charity and its service users through a variety of different channels and integrated campaigns. This would be an ideal position for someone who is either looking to take a step up from a Marketing Manager level or is already a Head of Marketing. A mix of not for profit and commercial experience would be a real advantage in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a marketing team, a strong strategic vision for marketing and communications and experience in the charity sector.
