Mental Health in Palliative Care will explore the challenges of caring for patients with pre-existing mental health problems and addictions who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness.
Leading psychiatrist in dementia care, Dr David Jolley; Professor Mari Lloyd Williams from the Institute of Psychology, Health and Society at the University of Liverpool and David B Cooper, mental health practitioner and Editor-in-Chief of Mental Health and Substance Use, are the first three confirmed speakers.
The one-day event will take place on Wednesday, February 3rd at Leigh Sports Village in Greater Manchester.
An early bird fee of £85 is available for those who book before October 31st, 2015. A standard fee of £100 will apply to all bookings made after this date.
