Programme
Hospice at Home services face difficult times as we work with reducing statutory services. The NAHH aims to work with colleagues to continue to provide a voice for hospice at home services, by clarifying our identity and ensuring we can measure our effectiveness.
The conference programme covers all of these areas and the NAHH looks forward to debating the future with as many colleagues as possible this September.
Call for Posters
The call for posters for the conference is now open and will close on Monday 18 August 2014. Guidelines are available for those wishing to submit an abstract via the online submission form.
