Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice Unveils, ‘Every Moment Matters’, a Three-Year Strategy

Categories: Leadership.

Building on 20 Years of Service to Children and Families; London, 1st June 2026 – This year, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, proudly celebrates 20 years of providing compassionate care to children with life-threatening or life-shortening conditions and their families. To mark this milestone, the hospice is unveiling a bold new three-year strategy aimed at reaching more families, delivering exceptional care, and securing a sustainable future for decades to come.

Reaching Families Earlier and More Equitably

Too many children and families access hospice care later than they should, missing out on the full spectrum of support available. Over the next three years, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice is committed to changing this. The strategy focuses on creating stronger, more equitable pathways into care, ensuring families can be introduced to support from the point of diagnosis and benefit from it throughout their journey.

Delivering Outstanding, Personalised Care

Every child, sibling, and family is unique. Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice will continue to provide responsive, personalised, and holistic care that meets clinical, emotional, and practical needs with the highest standards of compassion and expertise.

Strengthening Partnerships for Greater Impact

Recognising that no single organisation can meet all needs alone, partnership will be central to the new strategy. By deepening relationships with hospitals, schools, local authorities, other hospices, and community organisations, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice aims to extend its reach and provide seamless, joined-up care for families across the community.

Securing a Strong, Sustainable Future

The demand for children’s hospice care is growing, and the hospice is committed to being here for the long term. The strategy outlines plans to strengthen organisational foundations, grow responsibly, and invest in the people who make this work possible. Their dedication and skill remain at the heart of the hospice’s success.

Looking Ahead

As Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice celebrates two decades of care, this new three-year strategy reflects a bold vision for the future – one where every family has early access to the support they need, where care is always exceptional and personalised, and where the hospice is stronger and more sustainable than ever.
