Due to exciting service expansion at St Clare, we are looking for new members to join our team, helping us lead the way for local Hospice care.
Patients and families are at the heart of all we do. We pride ourselves on having a team who can deliver excellent care, of exceptional quality all tailored to the individuals we care for.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Social Worker to lead and manage a small team that delivers assessment, care planning, bereavement, and psychosocial support to the community of West Essex and the border of East Hertfordshire.
As the inspiring lead for this new service, you must possess proven management and leadership abilities and have a creative, inspiring and positive attitude to service improvement in Health and Social Care.
