As a leading healthcare charity we are passionate about giving people the care they want. We are one of seven Sue Ryder hospices providing specialist palliative and end of life care.
We are looking to replace our Practice Educator, a key role leading education and training of staff and volunteers within our hospice. You will work closely with and have direct line management responsibility for our Clinical Educator.
The preferred candidate must have:
- expertise in palliative and end of life care
- a relevant degree
- an excellent track record in delivering training
- fantastic people skills – both on a one-to-one and within a team
- ability to motivate, mentor, teach and facilitate learning in a variety of settings.
In addition, you will work in partnership with other organisations and stakeholders to support the Specialist Palliative and End of Life Care education agenda across our locality.
