This role puts trust fundraising at the heart of the organisations programme development. It works closely with the senior team and is an exciting opportunity to build up the support we get from trusts and grant making organisations to develop and deliver our programmes of work and achieve the income target of £1.5m for 2013/14.
The role will work across the organisation to identify future programmes of work, develop programme plans, research and identify potential sources of funding. Working with programme leads the role will ensure we make high quality applications and bids for grant funders and monitor budgets and producing reports whilst maintaining relationships with funders.
Trust fundraising experience is essential for this role, along with exceptional writing, numeracy and organisational skills. The ideal candidates must be self motivated, flexible, creative and be able to respond and adapt to changing priorities.
