About the role
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and innovative organisation.
Well suited to a graduate, this role will utilise your excellent research and writing skills to identify funding and partnership opportunities and prospects; and write up planned work as cost/outcome based projects and programmes that can be matched to funding opportunities. The role will also have responsibility for submitting well written and targeted appeals to grant funders and supporting in the delivery of a major donor programme.
This will all contribute to the organisation’s major giving programme by supporting and securing income from trusts and major donor supporters.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and analytical skills. S/he will also have excellent writing skills and will be able to use evidence and a range of complex information into digestible reports or structured formats.
The post holder will have a collaborative approach to work and will be able to work well with others to understand the needs of the charity and translate ideas for projects or programmes into clear written proposals.
