Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a charity providing care and support for patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illness and their families. Every year through our 24/7 Hospice at Home service, our Family Support services and the range of Day Services at Grove House we give thousands of patients in Herts and Bucks the choice to stay at home, surrounded by their families and friends.

Retail and Trading Office Co-ordinator
£17,000 – £19,000 pa
37.5 hours per week
Based in Berkhamsted

An opportunity has arisen for a Retail & Trading Office Co-ordinator to be based at our Retail & Trading Head Office in Berkhamsted. Initial training may start in Tring due to office move. There will be occasional travel to all Rennie Grove shops and offices. The role entails supporting the Retail & Trading Office management team with the effective running of the office. Ensuring all financial aspects of the Retail and Trading office are dealt with accurately, promptly and within budget, and supporting the administration of the Gift Aid Scheme. The ability to produce financial reports and accurately raise and process purchase orders. You will carry out general office duties to a high standard.

Intermediate Excel is essential.

Benefits include 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays per annum and pension.

A car and current UK driving licence are essential.
