A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the thriving St Catherine’s Hospice retail team as our Retail
Co-ordinator. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to help support the delivery of our extensive retail activity.
This role will provide support for the retail function of the Hospice including the development of our online sales initiatives; the ongoing management of our EPOS system; delivering our exciting new goods strategy; supporting our huge team of volunteers and shop managers; and much, much more.
It’s an exciting time for charity retail and in particular for St Catherine’s Hospice charity shops. With a total of 14 spread across Chorley, Preston and South Ribble, they play a vital role in raising valuable funds which go towards the Hospice’s £5m annual running costs.
Applicants should:
- Be organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate with a range of people confidently
- Have a passion for retail
- Be creative and willing to research new ideas, new ways to engage our customers and volunteers and new ways to retail.
